My Lord Willoughby's Welcome Home for wind, brass and timpani

This is based on a popular song about an English Lord and warrior from Renaissance times on his return from a victorious battle.
John Dowland wrote a lute duet based on the tune, which is perhaps the most well known version.
Several centuries later, I wrote this version for wind, brass and timpani.
The performance is by the Budapest Scoring Orchestra under P├ęter Pejtsek.

The score is available at Sheetmusicplus
