Bergamasca Variations – clarinet and guitar (includes versions for B-flat and A clarinets)

Description

The “bergamasca” was a lusty 16th-century dance depicting the allegedly awkward manners of the inhabitants of Bergamo, in northern Italy, where the dance supposedly originated.
These variations on the old Italian folk tune Bergamasca were originally written for cello and guitar (also available on this site). For the clarinet version I am offering one for the B flat clarinet and another for the A clarinet
