Description
A quirky ragtime. It is called “bifocal” because of the brief bitonal effect in various places. The rhythm switches gently from 4/4 to 3 3 2 /8 from time to time (when it does I have grouped the notes in 3s and 2s to make it clear – if you buy the score, make sure the 3s are not misinterpreted as triplets!).
