Written back in my college days to commemorate a strange moment. It is written in a jaunty 5/8 rhythm and the first phrase was intended to represent the words “oh, details!”, my reaction to the strange moment….
The video here is a performance by the composer on guitar with Tim Hillier on violin, sight reading on the very day of composition back in 1976.
