Modaliter (based on the Modal Mass – brass quartet (transposed)

Description

Modaliter (an invented Latin word meant to signify “by way of modes” or “modally”)
is based on my setting of the Communion Service – The Modal Mass – using mainly the Mixolydian and Dorian modes
and with short excursions into Lydian and Aeolian and occasionally jazzy modes.
The sections (marked Kyrie, Gloria, Sanctus, Benedictus and Agnus Dei) can also be used separately.
Versions are available for brass quartet (untransposed and transposed), wind quartet and string quartet.
