Description
This was originally part of a multi-composer project (Delian Suite No 7 – The Legends of Robin Hood) performed in 2013 by the Iris Clarinet Quartet.
This expanded version is for a clarinet choir (E flat, 3 B flats, 2 Altos and 2 Basses)
The 11-time rhythm illustrates the clumsy fat bishop’s attempts to dance and could be accompanied by some amusing body language on the part of the performers or by an accompanying group of dancers and actors.
