Description
Part of a multi-composer project (Delian Suite No 7) planned for performance in 2012 by the Iris Clarinet Quartet.
This movement also stands on its own if any quartets out there would like to play it.
The quartet consists of 3 B flat clarinets and one bass clarinet.
The 11-time rhythm illustrates the clumsy fat bishop’s attempts to dance and could be accompanied by some amusing body language on the part of the performers or by an accompanying group of dancers and actors.
