This is one of several arrangements of my tune “The grass is growing in the field of ash”
The piece was originally conceived as a 60s style folk vocal duet on this poem by Mark Haviland:
“The grass is growing in the field of ash
Come look come see
with the passing of each day
the green grows stronger than the grey”
