Instrumental arrangement of an old English folk song with variations.
Each instrument has a go at the tune; the third verse goes into a major mode with staccato pecking of the ravens
and the variations then turn into a rather more menacing dreamscape, with flapping of wings,
as we understand that these birds are considering feasting on a fallen knight.
