Wiener Schnitzel for oboe and piano

Categories: ,

Description

This is a collection of Viennese waltz style songs arranged for melody instrument and piano.
The word “Schnitzel” originally means “things cut off” (such as the paper cuttings used
in a paper chase, or scraps or shreds)
and onwards to cuts of meat (as in the Viennese dish of breaded cutlets).
All of the music used is public domain, some anonymous and a couple
by Josef Lanner and Wenzel Müller.
